Point Henry

Point Henry juts into Corio Bay approximately 8 km from the major regional Victorian city of Geelong, West of Melbourne. Established in 1963, the Point Henry smelter is one of Alcoa's oldest smelters. It reached an annual production capacity of 192,000 tonnes of aluminium and operated until its closure in 2014.

From 2006 to 2016 the Regain SPL plant at Point Henry processed SPL from the Point Henry and Portland smelters, also operated by Alcoa.
